Yes! We have a basic collection of backdrops and props at our disposal, and we also have connections with reputable vendors/prop rental companies if you have specific items in mind. Any additional props and backdrops not currently in our studio inventory will be included in your invoice with your approval. Additionally, We can store them for future shoots to maintain brand consistency if needed.

When a booking is made We provide an address.

The turnaround time for delivering the images depends on the schedule and workload for the month in which we'll be photographing your products. Typically, you can anticipate receiving the completed images within 2-4 weeks from receiving the products.

You will receive a private online gallery link, allowing you to easily download the photos at your convenience.

The online gallery will remain active for a month. After this period, the images will be removed. It's advisable to download and back up all your images to an external hard drive or cloud-based system. We maintain backups of your images, so in case of any technical issues on your end, We can easily resend the images.

For continuous collaboration, if you opt for ongoing services, your gallery will have an extended duration, and we will consistently add new albums for each subsequent shoot.

You will receive high-resolution JPEG images in their full size, suitable for use across your website and social media platforms.

As we are the photographer, legally we retain the copyright. However, you will receive a license that allows you to use the images for your intended purposes, such as on your website and social media. The license details will be outlined in our agreement, specifying the rights and limitations associated with the use of the photographs. If you have specific concerns or requests regarding copyright, we can discuss and address them in our agreement.

Crediting is greatly appreciated as it helps us reach other small businesses that may benefit from our services. While it's not mandatory, a small tag on social media or a link to our website on yours can make a significant impact. In cases where you are featured in an online article or printed magazine, we do request to be credited, preferably as Grey Frames. If the publication doesn't explicitly mention it, kindly bring it to their attention.

Yes, We offer discounted rates when model shoots are conducted concurrently with product stills. You have the option to either use our suggested models or let us assist you in finding the perfect model for your campaign.
